Station managers and organizers

1. Look up the voucher by its code or scan it: you see its whole history (who, where and when).
2. If it says handed out, show the person the time and the station. If there's a redemption photo, the organizer can see it.
3. If an offline phone hasn't uploaded its data yet, the screen says “not known yet”: ask them to connect it.
4. Open the claim and answer: already handed out, handing it over now, or not accepted.
