Fair or bazaar · with a list

Fair with a list: each participant buys ahead

A fair where each participant on your list logs in with their code, buys from their phone and picks up with their QR at each station.

With this template already applied. You set up your event, test it with your phone and tell your people, without talking to anyone. Setting up and testing is free.

The live example is shown in Spanish: inside, the platform is only in Spanish for now.

The problem

Lines to pay, loose cash and paper slips that get lost eat up the organizer's afternoon.

How it's solved

  1. You load your list; each person logs in with their code and picks their password.
  2. They buy in advance; you approve the bank transfer or the cashier takes payment.
  3. At each station it's scanned: green, and it's handed over. At closing, everything adds up by station.
