Station managers

1. Read the reason on the screen: already handed out, from another station, voided, expired or fake.
2. “Already handed out”: check the time and station it shows. Don't hand over again; if the person disputes it, open a claim.
3. “From another station”: tell the person where to pick it up.
4. “Sold out”: there's none of that product left at your station. Tell the organizer so they bring more and load it.
5. Fake or altered: don't hand over, and tell the organizer.

Never hand over on red “to keep the line moving”: it gets logged and won't add up at the end.
