Anyone using the web page to hand out or sell

1. The screen shows “offline”: don't hand over until green comes back, because the voucher can't be checked.
2. Look for signal: move near a window, switch networks or use the phone's data.
3. If the signal doesn't come back, ask the organizer for a phone set up with the Android app.
4. What you already handed out was saved: you don't need to redo anything.
