Managers of stations that ask for a photo

1. Scan the voucher: the screen says which photo is needed (of the person redeeming, of what's handed out, or both).
2. Frame the person or what you're handing over, in good light; that's all.
3. If the person doesn't want a photo, choose the reason: the handout is logged without a photo.
4. No photos of the person are taken with minors.

The photo is saved at reduced size and only the organizer sees it.
